Products
What products does Miami Metal Deck offer?
We offer composite floor deck, roof deck (Type B, N, Vented, F), form deck (Type S, HD, BI Inverted), steel joists (K, LH, DLH, KCS, Joist Girders), and C & Z purlins in various gauges and galvanized finishes.
What gauges are available?
Gauges vary by product: roof and composite deck (16–22), form deck (16–28), purlins (12–20 for C; 12–18 for Z). Contact us for stock availability.
What galvanized coatings are available?
G60 and G90 galvanized coatings are standard on all deck and purlin products. G90 provides superior corrosion protection for coastal environments.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer same-day pickup?
Yes. Same-day pickup is available for stock items at our Miami Gardens facility (16000 NW 49th Ave Suite A, Miami Gardens, FL 33014).
What is your delivery area?
We deliver to all of Florida with 1-day service to major cities. Nationwide shipping is also available for projects outside Florida.
Can I get delivery the same day?
Same-day delivery is available within South Florida for stock items. Contact us at 305-760-2575 to check availability.
Custom Fabrication
Can I get custom lengths?
Yes. All deck products are available in custom lengths from 6 to 40 feet. We also provide shop drawings and optimized cutting lists.
Do you provide takeoff and shop drawing services?
Yes. Our team provides specialized takeoff services for accurate quotations and detailed shop drawings to produce optimized cutting lists for your project.
Do you provide accessories?
Yes. We supply accessories including sidelaps, puddle welds, shear studs, and other deck accessories for complete installation.
Standards & Compliance
Are your products SDI certified?
Yes. We are a proud member of the Steel Deck Institute (SDI). All products comply with ANSI/SDI standards (RD-2017 for roof deck, C-2017 for composite deck, NC-2017 for form deck).
Do steel joists meet SJI standards?
Yes. All steel joists meet the rigorous standards of the Steel Joist Institute (SJI), ensuring compliance and longevity in every application.
What steel grade is used?
Deck products are manufactured from ASTM A653 steel. Purlins and joists meet applicable ASTM specifications as required by SDI and SJI standards.
